The Liberal Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with KLKT-TV Channel 18, and Talk Radio 1270 will host the second City Commission candidate forum. The forum will take place tonight at 6:00pm at the Rock Island Depot. The forum will be broadcast live on KLKT-TV Channel 18, and Talk Radio 1270. The Depot will also be open to those who wish to attend the forum in person. Questions will be taken by e-mail at mel@liberalkschamber.com and by phone at 620-624-3855, both prior to and during the forums. Question will also be allowed by the attending audience. There are nine candiates running for three positions on the Liberal City Commission. Advance voting has opened and will continue through noon on April the 6th.
